Custom Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Made-to-Order Items:

Our designs are made according to each customer’s specific size, colour, and details. As such, we do not offer refunds for our made-to-order RTW designs. As long as your size and measurements are accurate, there should be no issue with your order.

All custom ready-to-wear or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We are not liable for incorrect measurements provided by clients. All custom RTW designs are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-replaceable unless otherwise decided at the discretion of the company. For a better fit, please include your accurate UK/US/EU size and/or measurements in the space provided at checkout.

Custom Ready-to-Wear Items:

All of our custom ready-to-wear (RTW) items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. Customers are also responsible for all shipping costs, both for delivery and any potential returns (if accepted).

Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
